Resolves Yes when opening arguments are delivered. Resolves No if the case is dropped, dismissed, settled, or otherwise ended prior to that. Resolves No if there is no date set for opening arguments by 2030-07-18. Ending date will be extended to 30 days after any set court dates if they're after 2030-07-18.
