If either the t or s parameter disappear or change content significantly or any new param appears, market is true.

Some params are inconsistent like s, although every share includes t. For cases like s, only changes affecting everyone would count.

Also we are talking about links in general so a change would have to be across all android users. IE t changes for 50% or more users.
