There are lots of things I'd like to talk about, even in this first year (2023). By 2024, there could be even more. Will I ask to talk, be accepted, and follow through at the next Manifest conference/festival in 2024?

Can resolve as soon as Manifest 2024 passes, or at end of year if it hasn't happened. If there is no Manifest in 2024, but one in 2025, this will resolve NO. If there is another manifest in 2023, that also doesn't count. Just to make it simple, since that's very unlikely anyway.
