Either a sign is up banning them, or I'll ask if I am not sure.
If I see someone wearing them w/out being challenged for a few minutes, that will count as not being banned.
My local one is in Foster City (near the pickleball =))

@Bayesian I have been thinking about the spectrum of locations - churches, bars, restaurants, night clubs, etc. It feels like if this is a continuing product line, it will soft-banned in at least some of them.
@Ernie I'd expect it to be banned in a few instances for safety (e.g. while driving), or when it would bother other people (in a theater?) but those places already ban mobile phones
Starbucks already deals with people setting up laptops, I don't see how this is any worse than that
