EDIT 8/28/2023: the question is really "there will be a bridge from today's PRC territory to today's Taiwan territory". So Kinmen counts and if PRC takes it over, it's an easy way this could be satisfied.

It's also worth noting that a Xiamen-Kinmen bridge has often been proposed as a China-Taiwan peace project, so there are other routes to YES
@JoshuaWilkes Oh that would really be something! I think of all the mega-bridges this is the easiest one to happen.
