2025 Mayor Race. Based on if these events happen after market publication date and before or on Election Day November 4, 2025
Official bid: run as non-Democrat as per this Polymarket
>$25m: "spend at least $25 million on the campaign (including PACs)" (suggested by @cthor)
Mosque and mayoral forum ideas stolen from: https://www.nytimes.com/2025/06/27/nyregion/cuomo-mayor-campaign.html
Clarification: these will resolve independently of each other. e.g. if he takes himself off the ballot but still rides the subway, I will count that as riding the subway! (as an effort to get write-in votes?). However the campaign rally would have to be for himself, not for a potential other candidate he is endorsing.
Update 2025-07-01 (PST) (AI summary of creator comment): For the 'Cuomo appears on ballot' outcome:
This will resolve when the first early voting ballots are released.
The condition is his actual appearance on the released ballot, not a legal guarantee that he will appear.
Update 2025-08-06 (PST) (AI summary of creator comment): For campaign video criteria: A recorded livestream would need deliberate editing to count as a campaign video, or at minimum be uploaded under the "Video" tab of a Cuomo-affiliated channel (not under "Live" tab).

Mayor Eric Adams, Democratic mayoral nominee Zohran Mamdani, former Gov. Andrew Cuomo, Republican nominee Curtis Sliwa and independent candidate Jim Walden all gathered at the Parkchester Jame Masjid, where Islam’s body lay.
Thanks @JackyP for pointing it out!
@JackyP well spotted but not quite what I was getting at. This is a recorded livestream.
I'd say it would need to have some deliberate editing to count as a campaign video, or at the very least be uploaded under the "Video" tab of a Cuomo-affiliated channel (this one appears under "Live").
Based on how I phrased it, I do agree other long videos he posted should count if they were uploaded today (like Andrew Cuomo Holds a GOTV Rally).
For context, the "another" was in reference to the infamous I'm Running for Mayor of NYC
I'll add another answer that tries to get at this, e.g. "Cuomo releases another 15+ minute campaign video advertisement"
When will Cuomo appears on ballot resolve?
Reporting indicates that he will be on the ballot and he is unable to remove himself from the ballot now. I believe this should resolve YES now
@jewbeard I was planning to resolve when the first early voting ballots get released, as there are still ways he could be disqualified from ballot. Agree he’s essentially guaranteed on there though. But guaranteed to appear is not same thing as appear on ballot — hope that’s not being too literal
