Who best to vote (what to do) on the following Russian elections if I think main problem of humanity is ASI?

I caught myself on that I totally forgot to consider the AI question related to Russian elections. Even though I agree with Yudkwosky and I think this is the most important question for humanity. I admit, I don't actually see any people even talking about AI, but maybe manifold will be able to see some unobvious consequences?
