This market resolves YES if Eric Adams publicly declares he is no longer a Democrat, switches party affiliation, or runs for office under a different party by December 31, 2025. Resolution will be based on official statements from Adams, his campaign, or official party registration records.

Resolution Criteria

Market resolves YES if any of the following occur by December 31, 2025:

• Eric Adams makes an official public statement declaring he is no longer a Democrat

• Official party registration records show Adams has changed his party affiliation from Democrat to any other party or no party

• Adams files to run for any office under a different party affiliation

• Adams formally registers as an independent or with another political party

Market resolves NO if Adams remains a registered Democrat and has not taken any of the above actions by December 31, 2025.
