If there is a UCI mens professional race in the Baltimore area on the 2025 UCI calendar, resolves Yes promptly when the race starts. The race must be at the 1.1 level or higher (.Pro, .WT).

Due to the nature of events that may or may not actually happen, this cannot resolve Yes until the race actually happens (rather than on announcement or UCI calendar).

Resolves No if the race does not happen by the end of the 2025 UCI season. Or, if the race organizer definitively announces the race will not happen in 2025, resolves No promptly.
