If you can re-watch a cycling race on demand, after the race is done, resolves Yes.
If you can only watch races live, resolves No.
Just being able to rewind an otherwise live broadcast is not enough, you must be able to go look for it after the race is done, find it, and watch it in full or skip around.
If on-demand is available at any time before 1 April 2024, resolves Yes. If it is not available by that date, resolves No. If on-demand is added later, that won't change the outcome of this market.
An edited replay rather than the full broadcast is not enough to resolve Yes. It has to be the full coverage of the stage that was originally presented live.
