Resolution is based solely on the "Press Release" PDF published on https://www.tissottiming.com/ after the conclusion of the stage. No other source will be accepted. If somone shows up and links a Press Release PDF from Tissot that shows Remco Evenepoel in 2nd place on the general classifcation, resolves Yes.

Otherwise, resolves No when the Press Release for the final stage is published and Remco has never been in 2nd place.

In the event of weird stuff where no Press Release for the final stage is issued for whatever reason, the market resolves No on 1 August 2026.
