Resolves Yes.
This change keeps track of the subsidyPool and returns it proportionally as individual answers resolve. It's definitely a change and I can demonstrate it would have had real-world impact on the market you had an issue with a few weeks ago.

@Eliza I just tested this on the Dev Site, and when I added 50k subsidy and resolved the market 30 seconds later, I only got 15 of the subsidy back. Is the dev site running on an old system, Or do I not understand what’s changed? Or maybe something else. Thanks
