Luke Plapp has announced a transfer from INEOS Grenadiers to Jayco for the 2024 season. In his INEOS era, he only won national championships in Australia and no other races.

To resolve Yes:

Must win a .1, .Pro, .WT, Olympics, or World Championship race, outside of Australia, during the 2024 UCI season.

Will resolve No at the conclusion of the 2024 UCI season otherwise.

I do not foresee any scenarios that would result in an N/A. If he does not compete, or the UCI folds, or anything else, we are probably looking at a No.

Note that there are some pro races in Australia in 2024, but if he wins in one of those it will not count for this question. Just in case anyone fails to read the description.
