If someone can provide reasonable evidence that Juan Ayuso was "one minute" ahead of Isaac Del Toro in any of Stages 16-21, this resolves Yes. That's a minute gap, not on the overall, but while riding the stage.

If we get to the end of the race and no one found any conclusive evidence, resolves No.

This has to be a minute "on the road". If Del Toro DNS a stage, that wouldn't count and the market would resolve No. If Del Toro stopped riding and started to get into the car while Ayuso rode on, then he probably got a minute ahead and it would be a Yes.

It can be ANY way! Maybe Del Toro got a mechanical or needed to urinate. Just show some reasonable evidence.
