Resolves Yes if he does a race for IPT (or direct successor in future years) before racing for some other trade team.
Resolves No if he races for a different trade team before racing for IPT.
If he does a race for his national team or some other team, that has no bearing on this question.
This only concerns UCI professional road races (e.g. .1, .Pro, .WT) and not any other type of series. If he shows up to a gravel race in IPT kit this will not resolve based on that.
