Note that Lafay is no longer leading in the green jersey competition so either Philipsen needs to have a green bike fully ready to go right away, or one of the other competitors needs to get one for this stage even though they have already been leading for several stages.

On Stage 4, Victor Lafay used a special bike frame with green accents instead of the team's normal bike model.  The other classification leaders (Powless, Yates, Pogacar) had bikes with the normal team paint job. Yates had yellow bar tape which does not count for this question -- the frame itself needs to be painted in some way to match the jersey of the rider.
