This image shows the current UCI World Ranking as of today, 18 June 2024. If a rider listed here wins the first stage of the 2024 Tour de France, the question resolves Yes.

The primary resolution source is the rider awarded the stage win on the post-stage podium presentation. If there is no post-stage podium presentation, then whatever rider is listed on the Tissot timekeeping page as the winner, 2 hours after the stage finishes, will be used for resolution.

The first stage is planned for 29 June 2024. If there is no winner awarded on that date, for whatever reason (stage canceled, no winner declared, neutralization, major changes to the race, etc.), then this market resolves NO. (If there is still a stage called Stage 1 on 29 June 2024 that declares a winner, and it finishes in a different town or uses a different route, this market will still resolve according to the above description.)
