Resolves Yes promptly when the named rider has won 3 stages, based on the podium presentation at the time of the 3rd stage won. Future results changes after the 3rd stage win podium will not re-resolve the market. (If a rider has won an earlier stage but already been disqualified, that stage will not count toward the 3 stage wins.)
