When I check this market in the future, I want to know what year the expansion will happen in.

The year that resolves Yes is the year where there are 31 or more teams, and the new team actually plays a game. It can officially resolve Yes once 31 teams have played a game in a season. Even if there are strong indications that this is going to happen, we should wait to resolve until it actually does.

Resolves Not before 2032 if it doesn't happen before July 2031.
