Resolves N/A if he does not take the start.

Resolves Yes if someone brings convincing evidence to the comment section that Remco has crashed. Evidence can include pictures, video, screenshots, official team/rider statements, etc. For example, a picture of a body part with abrasions consistent with crashing would be enough to resolve Yes. A report after the race where the rider or team claims he had a crash is also enough.

Resolves No if no evidence is presented by the evening after the race.

If there is any question about what does and does not count as a crash, I am going to be the final arbiter and whatever decision I make is final, no one can overrule me and you are at my mercy.
