The #1 ranked rider at the end of the 2024 UCI season for the World Ranking (Individual) will resolve to 100% (Yes).
#2 will resolve to 95%, #3 to 90%, and so on, down to #20 to 5%. Anyone outside the top 20 will resolve to 0% (No).
