Resolves YES if before January 1, 2050, "the Stitch" is constructed in Atlanta as envisioned here. Doesn't need to be exactly like the rendors but needs to be a cap over the connector freeway in downtown Atlanta. Similar to the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway in Boston
