Resolution criteria:
YES if, at any time before 00:00:00 UTC on January 1, 2035, the All Critics Tomatometer shown on Rotten Tomatoes for Birth (2004) is 71% or higher.
NO if it never reaches 71% in that window. (“Above 70%” is strictly greater than 70; 70% exactly does not count.)
The source of truth is the integer percentage displayed on the main Rotten Tomatoes page for Birth (2004), with All Critics selected (not “Top Critics” and not the Audience Score/“Popcornmeter”).
Oscillation rule: If it ever hits 71%+ within the window, this resolves YES even if it later drops.
Evidence: A timestamped screenshot of the film’s Rotten Tomatoes page (or an archived snapshot captured during the window) is sufficient for resolution.
Page changes: If Rotten Tomatoes changes URLs or layout, use the page it designates as the canonical entry for Birth (2004), directed by Jonathan Glazer.
Unresolvable edge case: If Rotten Tomatoes removes the Tomatometer for this title for the entire window and no archival evidence shows it at 71%+, this market resolves N/A.
