Background
Bitcoin price action is subject to high volatility and liquidity conditions. This market tracks the order in which specific nominal price thresholds are triggered on a major centralized exchange. As of May 2026, Bitcoin's price fluctuates based on global market demand, regulatory news, and macroeconomic factors. Traders should note that "hitting" a price refers to the instantaneous trade price (the last traded price) rather than a daily closing price.
