The Biden and Harris campaigns spend more than $140 million on Meta advertising, which is placed in automated ways that are difficult to evaluate from outside the company.
This question will resolve to true if, before the end of 2026, a lawsuit is filed by any Democratic Party campaign, PAC, or related entity against Meta, in which the complaint alleges fraud or any unfair treatment of advertising that ran on or before November 5, 2024 on any Meta property.
If a whistleblower makes allegations about different treatment of candidate ad spending but no lawsuit is filed, this question will resolve to false.
