A shrimp walks into a bar. He notices that the prices are much steeper than he remembers and asks, "Hey, why's everything so expensive?"

"Water prices went up." Replies the bartender.

Outraged, the shrimp walks to the local water source and is surprised to see a bunch of monitoring equipment and analysts wandering around.

The shrimp asks, "Hey, what gives?"

"We're taxing water usage. I know it may be hard, but it will be worthwhile in the end." says one of the workers. "We're with the Shrimp Well Fare Project"

The shrimp is left stunned.
