As of making this I have 19.7k portfolio, also I'm open to being given mana for manipulation. Resolves YES if at EOD I have >=20k portfolio (according to manifold, even if its wrong), resolves NO otherwise. If i pass 20k and then go back below, resolves NO.

I reserve the right to manipulate this in any way I want to, except misresolving.
