Bitcoin is ranging. Will it break out?

Yes, it seems like to happen. By historical data from Oct 14 to Oct 26, it has already raised 8000 thousands dollars, reaching to 33000 USD lately. When the the market is well, I believe it can easily make to 38000 USD. And according to "changelly blog", there most recent Bitcoin price forecast indicates that its value will increase by 9.62% and reach $38,325 by October 27, 2023, which is tomorrow. Although it's unlikely to happen from my observation in less than 24 hours cuz it has slight drop from past two days. However, by the end of 2023, I do believe it'll over 38000 USD.
According to the bitcoin news, bitcoin is expected to reach its peak at $ 42,000 in 2023 with a prediction of $38000("BTC to Peak at $42K in 2023," n.d.). The value of Bitcoin now is $34, 764. However, Bitcoin is known for their unpredictability and speculative nature. Bitcoin has experienced several fluctuations over this period. According to the past months, some days have shown increases and others have shown decreases. However, the current price of bitcoin has been the highest as of october 2023 (YCharts, n.d.).
