Market resolves YES if I land in the DC area with time sufficient to reach my synagogue for Kol Nidre services (i.e., the start of Yom Kippur). Market resolves NO if I do not due to flight being delayed or any other reason.

Note: resolves based on whether I am, indeed, in my synagogue. Warning to participants: may not be resolved at Kol Nidre precisely -- if I get to my synagogue early, may resolve to YES then; if I get there early-but-am-busy, right on time or not at all, will be delayed until after conclusion of Yom Kippur.

Further note: Market will resolve N/A if I do not actually go to Manifest.
