I've gone through all of his twitter and a lot of his truth social. He doesn't actually use nicknames for her very much. But overwhelming first place is Lyin' Kamala with 8 uses and Comrade Kamala in 2nd with only 3 uses. I haven't done an exhaustive search, so if anyone wants to dispute, by finding more examples from his truth social, I'm all ears. Here's what I found:
