NHC = National Hurricane Center.

  • Update 2025-11-07 (PST) (AI summary of creator comment): The market will resolve NO if the term "Gulf of America" does not appear in any tropical cyclone advisories by the close date, even if the term appears in other NHC publications (such as tropical weather outlooks).

How will this be resolved? The NHC is clearly using term " Gulf of America:" for example in the outlook posted below. However the question says "in any 2025 tropical cyclone advisories"

Barry was in the gulf but I cannot see any use of the term in the advisories. If there are no more advisories and the term cannot be found does it resolve no?

@ChristopherRandles "If there are no more advisories and the term cannot be found does it resolve no?"

Correct. The question will resolve "no" in this situation.

opened a Ṁ100 NO at 15% order

@ChristopherRandles wow the mana was staying on the table the whole time.

This question is no longer about the Gulf of America - it's now about whether or not the NHC will exist at the end of the year

bought Ṁ10 NO

This isn't a carbon copy of the Google market, but they are semi-arbitrage workable

Does it count if it’s used in conjunction with ‘Gulf of Mexico’?
