Resolved
NO

If Destiny's main YouTube channel is not banned between now and February 1st, 2023 then this market wil resolve to NO.

If Destiny's main YouTube channel (Youtube.com/destiny) is banned before February 1st, 2023 then this market will resolve to YES.

If there's a temporary ban, for any length of time, then this resolves to YES even if he's unbanned before February first.

Hypotheticals:

  • If there's a massive glitch and every account on YouTube is banned for 5 minutes, this still resolves to YES.

  • If Destiny gets a strike or a warning and can't stream for X amount of time, but the channel isn't banned and you can still view his content, this resolves to NO.

  • If Destiny's secondary channel (LNOD) is banned but his main account remains active, but he's barred from streaming or using the main account, this resolves to NO. The main account must be full on-banned for any amount of time.

  • Account restrictions that arise from a secondary account being banned (or restrictions on the main account that fall short of a ban) won't push this to a yes. For instance, a strike on a secondary channel might bar him from being allowed to stream on his main channel, but that isn't enough to resolve this market positively.

@novodrajj "If Destiny gets a strike or a warning and can't stream for X amount of time, but the channel isn't banned and you can still view his content, this resolves to NO."

Yea it falls under this better.

@novodrajj I totally get where you're coming from, and if I didn't have a hypothetical that fit this situation perfectly, I'd agree with it resolving to yes but I think this is perfectly described by "If Destiny gets a strike or a warning and can't stream for X amount of time, but the channel isn't banned and you can still view his content, this resolves to NO."

- He got a strike
- He can't stream for X amount of time
- But the channel isn't banned and you can still view his content
