@Robincvgr But a stealth bomber flying over Putin isn't something weird happening "to Putin". He wasn't really affected, more than he is affected by all the soldiers with guns who were there.
Also, It's not even that weird to see a military plane flying around, it happens all the time. Any specific plane flying above you is rare but that doesn't mean it's weird. Stealth bombers have even flown over football stadiums, which further shows that it's not weird.

My point is that question doesn't matter, because that's only about how rare an event is, not about how weird it is. One thing that "happened to Putin" was being called "Putin". Most people have not been called "Putin", but that doesn't mean it's weird for Putin to be called "Putin".

The market description establishes tripping as an examplar of a weird event. A stealth bomber flying over your head is way more rare than tripping. Maybe 10^10 people who have ever lived have tripped whereas maybe 10^1 have been mogged by a stealth bomber. Fair compensation would therefore be something like 1,000,000,000,000%.
