The Silverado EV has an expected launch window of fall 2023. According to Elon Musk the Cybertruck will have a 'delivery event' at the end of Q3 2023.
I will resolve 'Yes' when I see an article from a reputable news source that Silverado EV deliveries have started before I see a similar article for the Cybertruck.
Note: Someone I know has an early Cybertruck reservation so I will no doubt be updated regularly on its progress

@GabeGarboden Seems slightly premature, your link implies several trucks will be delivered soon, but this does not fit my requirements of an 'article from a reputable news source' nor does it show the deliveries have occurred.
No doubt this should inform your bets and the rumors of trucks being readied for immediate sales at local dealers indicates a significant data point.

According to Stoklosa (2022), the 2024 Chevrolet Silverado EV is set to be available in the spring of 2023. Tesla also announced that the Cyber Trucks will be delivered to customers on November 30th (Fitzgerald, 2023). The Chevrolet is already available for commercial customers and fleet however, the retail availability is expected to start summer 2024(Chevrolet, n.d.). Therefore according to secondary research, the Cyber Trucks will be released before the Chevrolet Silverado EV to the general public.

General Motors announced Tuesday it will push back electric truck production at its Orion assembly plant in Michigan by another year. GM now plans to begin EV truck production in late 2025.

I have been following this story, interestingly GM has stated they've sold 18 Silverado EV's in the 3rd quarter '23 (which does not meet my general criteria of "starting deliveries to the general public" imo).
It should be noted that I belive GM will still be producing a smaller number of trucks at a different assembly plant.
Also, I do not take a delivery 'event' to mean that deliveries have actually started unless there are members of the general public(not press/employees) that made a deposit and are now taking ownership of the truck.
