@ConsCoz @mods creator has been doing this, admitted to it clearly here. makes coinflip markets and then buys one that wins. i am not sure if it strictly violates rules to do this, but is certainly not adherent to spirit of manifold. please investigate this

@XCorporation agreed. in any case, the rules are intentionally generalized to cover broad shady behavior, so there's no need to reference any specific bullet point. moreover, coinflips are in general discouraged as low-quality spam and subject to cancellation at any time (with the exception of one user who was granted limited staff permission).
