In Crime Spree (the zeroth season of Jet Lag: The Game), an image indicated 6/12/2025 as Sam's Date of Death. The date is fast approaching, leaving many fans concerned.

To make this market more interesting, I will use a very broad definition of Sam dying. For example, a picture posted on social media of Sam lying on the ground pretending to die would count. So would Sam posting on Strava that he died from his run. I'd even accept if he dyed his hair. (And yes, I'd even count it if it was Sam Denby instead of "Sam Wendover".)
However, if he does not do anything fun online to commemorate this day (or simply posts "looks like it's my day of death" with the Crime Spree image) that will not count. I will try to use commonsense judgement, with a bias toward things which are funny.
6/12/2025 will be interpreted US-style as June 12. This is unambiguous because of the Date of Birth in the image (since Sam was not born in the 17th month of 1998).
General policy for my markets: In the rare event of a conflict between my resolution criteria and the agreed-upon common-sense spirit of the market, I may resolve it according to the market's spirit or N/A, probably after discussion.
Update 2025-06-10 (PST) (AI summary of creator comment): The creator has stated they may delay a NO resolution until after Season 15 of Jet Lag: The Game airs. This is to ensure any qualifying event occurring on June 12, 2025, and revealed in Season 15, can be considered before resolving to NO.

Switched from yes to no: normally would have said something creative like this is decently likely for the group, but since they started S15 filming today, I don't think it's probable Sam had something prepared in advance. We'll see.
@Conflux would getting tagged come under the market's definition of dying? you are, to be fair, 'dying' in terms of gameplay.
@Sahaj I already said that dying on a run counts, so surely your run dying would count too … yes that counts!
