I don't have any immediate plans to become a math tutor, but it seems like a reasonable job option for me, since I'm proficient past calc/stats and enjoy explaining math to people (sometimes).
Anyway, this market is mostly about whether I have the time/motivation/desire to become a math tutor sometime in the next year, either through a company like Mathnasium or privately. I live in the Bay Area, and I feel like $100 is a reasonable threshold which reflects doing math tutoring as more than a one-time thing. If I tutor multiple subjects, I would consider the proportion of my income which reflects tutoring math.
General policy for my markets: In the rare event of a conflict between my resolution criteria and the agreed-upon common-sense spirit of the market, I may resolve it according to the market's spirit or N/A, probably after discussion.
