Will I break my blog post length record in 2023?

NO

I broke it three times in 2022 (fine, technically twice because of a "3443-word" 2020 review post with a lot of quoting, lame that it counts for this), with 3248 words about Wordle, 4119 words about books, and 6186 words about Taylor Swift. The last one felt very long to me.

I made this helpful chart for the post-weekly era of my blog Chromatic Conflux, with length measured in the number of minutes Wix alleges the post takes to read (faster than checking the actual resolution criteria for this market: conversion factor seems to be maybe like 275 words per Wix minute):

Actual resolution criteria: to resolve this market, I will paste all of my 2023 blog posts into wordcounter.net and resolve YES if any of their word counts exceed 6186 at any time. Otherwise NO. If that website stops working, I will use a comparable one.

Creator policy: I won't bet unless I feel this market is very mispriced.

General policy for my markets: In the rare event of a conflict between my resolution criteria and the agreed-upon common-sense spirit of the market, I may resolve it according to the market's spirit or N/A, probably after discussion.
