The cutoff is defined as the lowest score received by a US participant who still qualified for the Invitational Round.
You can view past cutoffs at naclo.org. Last year was 60.5166. The previous year, it was 58.019. Many are saying this year was easier, but how much higher will the cutoff be?
If it’s somehow exactly 65, 70, or 75, this market will resolve to the higher range.
General policy for my markets: In the rare event of a conflict between my resolution criteria and the agreed-upon common-sense spirit of the market, I may resolve it according to the market's spirit or N/A, probably after discussion.
