If the other market resolves as NO (that is, if Grimes does not come out of retirement in 2024 by releasing a new album/EP or beginning a tour) then all of these options will resolve N/A.
*Coachella option: Does not necessarily have to be Coachella 2024 to satisfy market criteria. If a tour that begins in 2024 includes a 2025 Coachella performance, the "Tour includes a Coachella appearance" will resolve YES.
