The other markets for whether he's dropping out have all resolved YES as well. It's an unprecedented situation for him to try to be removed from some state ballots but still ask to be included on others.

That sounds like a bad deal for Harris if the alternative is him staying in the race. Maybe she should offer him a position in exchange for staying in the race and trying to siphon off Trump voters.
