Resolves YES if the sum of total capital expenditure reported by Amazon, Microsoft, Alphabet, Meta and Oracle for their fiscal years ending in calendar 2027, as stated in their annual filings (10-K, or equivalent), exceeds US$600,000,000,000.

Resolution source. Each company's own annual filing. Where a fiscal year does not align to the calendar year, the fiscal year ENDING in 2027 is used.

Total capex, not AI capex. This deliberately measures total capital expenditure rather than an AI-specific figure. AI-related capex is not a reported line item — firms disclose total capex and characterise the AI share in prose — so an 'AI capex' threshold would have no settlement procedure. The trade-off is stated rather than hidden: this is a proxy, and a large but unstated share of the total is AI infrastructure.

Resolves NO if the combined figure is at or below US$600B, or if any of the five has not published an annual filing covering a fiscal year ending in 2027 by 2028-09-30.
