The prize was awarded for metal organic frameworks (MOF). Resolving YES to MOF, of course. MOF are definitely an outcome of inorganic and coordination chemistry research, so resolving also YES there. Finally, there are many applications of MOF, such as catalysis, battery or synthesis -- in fact one could make a case for almost all of the subfields. But the prize was awarded for MOF specifically, not an application of them. I therefore resolve the other to No.
