This market resolves yes if Broom successfully averts the apocalypse by stabbing Keltham. It resolves no if the apocalypse is averting in some other way, or if it is not averted.
If the apocalypse hasn't happened or been averted by 12/31, I'll just extend the market, I've seen other people do it.
