As reported by Google Finance. If the ETH/BTC has not hit either of these price points by the resolution date, this resolves-as-percent to (ln(ETH/BTC) - ln(0.02))/(ln(10)), i.e. the fraction of the way between the two price points as plotted on a logarithmic scale.
