Willow park is a planned development in Menlo Park, near where I live. It has faced some legal opposition.

This question asks whether building of this development at the site will be underway by end of 2028. In order to count, there has to be a construction area at the site, and roughly the same plans for the site should be the intended goal of the construction (i.e. the planned buildings should be at least 75% as big as the mockup pictured below)
