I plan to do ~3 runs/week of 40 minutes+ and ~6 jogging with some walking / week of 1 hour+. Resolves yes based on monthly count of at least 12 runs and 24 jog/walk of 40 minutes+ and 1 hour+ respectively with no performance requirement except that avg HR is at least 60% for any activity. Multiple activities on the same day count separately (like theoretically I can finish all 24 walks in 1 day). Any activity that doesn't meet the threshold for time/avg HR doesn't count at all. Note: there is no real difference between running and walking for resolution and it's just based on how the activity is tracked on the watch even though I do plan to be actually running on the run activities.
