Do they need to be physically flooded or just be under sea level but could be using dykes to avoid floods?
@RanaG Resolves to a partial % based on spatial extent if sea level and elevation are sufficiently close together that physical barriers can make a difference.
Generally speaking, dykes don’t work in coastal Florida because it’s all limestone, so the water just goes right under the barrier.
