Interestingly, I have to go all the way to the body of the Indictment of Donald Trump to find where Wikipedia uses the word arrest. The lede of that article, and the Donald Trump article, just say indictment or arraignment and don't use the word arrest at all. I find that curious, and I'm not sure what exactly it implies, but I don't see how that could be seen as implying he wasn't actually arrested.
