My interpretation of your comment here, was that the South Koreans saying explicitly that they did not have a bilateral meeting would be enough to force a no resolution.
@JoshuaWilkes This question doesn't say anything about a summit or bilateral. Just meet face to face. And you made more than anyone so I am unclear what you are even saying.
@BTE I made a profit overall, but I made a large number of NO bets after the summit, so I lost some hundreds of mana extra to what I could have.
